Ongoing support and further optimisation are quoted separately — monthly or by the day, whichever suits how you like to work. Our terms of business are provided in writing when a piece of work is agreed.
What you are paying for
We quote for a piece of work rather than for hours at a desk, and the price is agreed in writing before anything starts. If the review says there is nothing here worth automating, we will tell you that — it is a much cheaper answer than the alternative.
Questions
Because the honest answer depends on the process. Tidying up one approval step in a small team is not the same job as untangling three systems across four sites. We quote a fixed price once we know which of those it is, and we quote before you commit to anything.
Forty-five minutes on one process: what happens now, who touches it, how long it takes, and whether AI or automation would genuinely help. You get our view in writing afterwards, whether or not you take it further.
Usually, yes. Subscriptions for the tools a workflow runs on are paid by you, directly, so the accounts stay in your name. We tell you what they cost before anything is built, and we use what you already pay for wherever we can.
Work is quoted in stages, so there is always a natural place to stop. Whatever has been built by then is yours, documented and running.
