Catch Process is an AI automation consultancy. We look at how work really moves through a business — the emails, the spreadsheets, the approvals, the rekeying — and we change the parts that cost the most and add the least.
AI is part of how we do that, not the point of it. Some of the biggest wins we find need no AI at all: a form instead of an email, two systems finally talking to each other, a report that builds itself. Where AI does earn its place — reading documents, drafting replies, sorting what comes in — we put it there, and we keep a person in charge of it.

Accounts, tools and documentation are yours. You can carry on without us whenever you choose to.

We agree what a workflow may see, and write down where that goes, before it sees anything at all.

We record how long the work took before we changed it, so the difference can be judged on the numbers.
