Process review
We sit with your team, follow one process from beginning to end and write down what actually happens — every handoff, every rekey, every wait. You get a clear picture and a costed list of what to fix first.
AI automation consultancy
We map how your business actually runs, find the steps that quietly eat the hours, and put AI and automation where they earn their keep. Based in the UK, working with businesses wherever they are.
The problem
Nobody sets out to build an inefficient process. It grows: a spreadsheet here, an extra approval there, a system that never quite talked to the other one. Five years on, a job that should take an hour takes a week and three people.
We find those steps, put a number on them, and show you which ones are worth changing first.
What we do
Each of these stands on its own. Most businesses start with a review and decide from there.
We sit with your team, follow one process from beginning to end and write down what actually happens — every handoff, every rekey, every wait. You get a clear picture and a costed list of what to fix first.
Once we know where the time goes, we design the workflow that takes it back: what the software does, what a person still checks, and where AI genuinely helps rather than getting in the way.
We build the workflow, connect it to the systems you already use, and test it against real work until it holds up. You watch it running before it goes anywhere near a customer.
The work that arrives as an email or a PDF and leaves as a line in a spreadsheet. AI reads it, your systems receive it, and your team deals with the exceptions instead of the typing.
An automation nobody understands gets switched off within a month. We train the people who use it, write the instructions in plain English, and leave you able to change it yourselves.
Processes drift. We check that what we built is still doing its job, pick up the next thing on the list, and keep the improvements coming at a pace your team can absorb.
The difference
An example from the kind of work we do most often: an enquiry arriving by email.
How we work
No twelve-month programme. We prove it on one process, then move on to the next.
A conversation about where the time goes. We look at one process with you and give you an honest answer on whether there is anything here worth automating.
45 minutes
We follow the process end to end with the people who do it, and write down what actually happens — with time and cost against each step.
Days, not months
We agree the new workflow in plain English, build it on tools you can keep running, and test it against real work before it goes live.
Usually one to four weeks
Your team is trained, the documentation is written, and we pick up the next process whenever you are ready for it.
Ongoing, if you want it
Questions
Almost never. Most of what we build sits on top of the software you already pay for and joins up the parts that were never connected. If a system genuinely has to change we will say so — and say why.
We agree up front what a workflow may see and where that information goes, and we write it down so you can show anyone who asks. Where the work is sensitive we keep it inside tools you already trust.
We design for it. A person approves anything that leaves your business, anything unusual is flagged rather than guessed at, and every workflow can be paused. You also get a written plan for what to do when something breaks.
The first review takes under an hour and costs nothing. Once we have agreed what to build, a first working automation is usually running within a few weeks.
If a job takes one person a day a week, it is worth a look. We are as happy working with a team of five as with a team of five hundred.
